  Hauss-Modetz did more than I could ever expect. When we were faced with arrangements to make and had no idea what to do or expect they guided us all the way. They made sure that we were comfortable with every decision and explained everything. There was nothing overlooked. Personal service and making the family comfortable at their time of need is what Darci did for us. We thank you for your care and kind words.

  Highly recommended (in the extreme unfortunate circumstance they are needed). Our mother passed away completely unexpectedly in June and everything was happening so fast after, before any of us could even grasp what was going on. The hospital started asking us what our plans were, what funeral home we were using, and so on, we sat there stunned with no answers. We went through the motions calling around to different places, and ended up choosing to go with Hauss because they were so easy to talk with and answered all questions via phone with sympathy and understanding, and they were a little less expensive than many other places. We were a little hesitant that we would get what we paid for when selecting a more reasonably-priced company, but things couldn't have gone more smoothly considering the circumstances. Their personalities, offerings, and company atmosphere in general were beyond satisfactory and helped us sort through this most awful, chaotic period of our lives. Massive thank you's from our family to all of the staff there for offering comfort, flexibility, and service that was far more valuable than the price we paid.
